Janice Lee became a realtor shortly after purchasing her first home when she realized the lack of education around the home buying and selling process. She has been involved in real estate since 2003, but received her license in 2005. She has been a full time realtor helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams – her negotiation skills and ability to get information from people is to her clients advantage. Janice helps her clients “win” and get the best possible price and terms. She enjoys finding the value in the home and providing ideas on things that can be done to build equity in a property.
